Steve was great! Called at 7:30am to see if I could get my vehicle in and he called me back within 10 min letting me know to bring my vehicle in. Now that’s great customer service!! Steve called me by 11:30am letting me know my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. Very impressed the team was able to get me back on the road in the most efficient time. Great job team!!!

Was quoted over $1600 for new tires and rotors/brake pads. Declined the service upfront and got a second opinion directly from a certified dealership that they looked excellent. Upsell to that extent is outrageous. Not coming back, they can't be trusted. They're fairly priced when you go in knowing what you need, just be wary with anything additional they say is needed

Amazing, fast and affordable repairs. Steve was especially friendly and very helpful. We needed 2 catalytic converters replaced ASAP on my husband’s work truck and they got us right in and DONE in less than 2 hours. AMAZING!

I'm not normally in this area, but was recently looking to purchase a used vehicle nearby and wanted a mechanic to look it over. I had called earlier in the day to see if I could bring it by, but ended up getting there much later in the day, closer to when this place closes. I checked to see if perhaps I could bring it by the next day, but the mechanic at the counter offered to just come and give it a quick look, no cost, just to look for some glaring things should they be present. He checked for damage, read the codes, check the fluids, pointed out a few areas that needed addressing, and offered to give it a closer look the next day. I just appreciate that he was willing to take the time to give it a quick look. I ended up purchasing the car and it looks like it's going to do well. Appreciate the help, it just seemed like the mechanic was wanting to help in whatever way he could. Would definitely return for business if I lived closer!

Master AutoTech was amazing! Not only did they get our van fixed quickly, but they even did our emissions test. They were polite and respectful of our desires and let us know of any future issues without pressure to get it fixed now. We will definitely be going there again.
